I'm Tess Price, and I hold a PhD in Adult Education. My career has been spent in corporate Learning and Development, watching the same gap persist year after year: the leaders who need development most are almost never the ones who get it.
The coaching, the programs, the investment — it flows to the executives at the top. Meanwhile, the new manager trying to earn their team's trust, the mid-career professional hitting a ceiling they can't see around, the experienced leader who has been figuring it out alone for years — they are left to navigate without a map.
At the same time, an entire generation of credentialed, passionate coaches is struggling to be found — not because their work isn't excellent, but because visibility is hard and client pipelines are a different skill than great coaching.
Orchard Wellspring exists to close both gaps. Leaders get the support they've always deserved. Coaches get the community and platform to grow the practice they've built their career around.
